Posh beans on toast
This beats tinned beans on toast any day. With the addition of salty bacon and sweet paprika, the flavours are amazing.

Ingredients
Half tin canallini beans
1 tbsp tomato puree
25g bacon lardons
Small handful of chopped parsley
25ml boiling water
1 tsp wochester sauce
1 garlic clove chopped
1/2 chicken stock cube
1 tsp paprika
2 pieces of brown bread, toasted
Method
Put a frying pan over a medium to high heat, add the bacon and fry for 5 minutes.
Add in the beans, garlic and tomato puree and cook for a further 2 minutes. Turn the heat down a little.
Sprinkle in the paprika and crumble in the stock cube, then add the boiling water and Worcester sauce and stir together. Cook for 2 more minutes to combine together. Add a little more water if the sauce looks a little dry.
Toast the bread and top with your homemade beans and chopped parsley.
